Enruta360 S.r.l.
This Cookie Policy describes the methods of use of cookies and similar technologies on the website of Enruta360 S.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali of 10 June 2021.
In the event of any conflict between this English translation and the Italian original, the Italian version shall prevail.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that the sites visited by the user send to the user’s browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.), where they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits. In the course of browsing, the user may also receive on their device cookies sent by sites or web servers other than the one being visited (so-called “third-party” cookies). Similar technologies (web beacons, local storage and other forms of storage introduced with HTML5) are used for purposes analogous to those of cookies; in the remainder of this document we will refer generically to all these technologies with the term “cookies”.
2. Types of cookies according to duration
Session cookies: these are automatically deleted when the browser is closed and serve to enable normal browsing and use of the Site.
Persistent cookies: these remain stored on the user’s device until their expiry or until manual deletion by the user.
3. Types of cookies according to purpose
3.1 Technical cookies (necessary)
These are the cookies that are indispensable for the proper functioning of the Site and for the provision of the services requested by the user (for example, login to the Reserved Area and to the Personal Record, maintenance of the session during the booking/purchase process, saving of cookie preferences). For these cookies the user’s prior consent is not required, pursuant to art. 122 of the Codice Privacy (Italian Privacy Code).
3.2 Analytics cookies
These are used to collect information, in aggregated form, on the number of users of the Site and on how they visit it, in order to improve its functioning and contents. Enruta360 S.r.l. uses Google Analytics, whose cookies qualify as third-party cookies and therefore require the user’s prior consent, according to what is provided for by the Garante Privacy Guidelines of 2021 in the absence of technical measures that make them equivalent to technical cookies (e.g. masking of the IP address).
3.3 Profiling and marketing cookies
These are third-party cookies used to show the user advertising in line with the preferences expressed during browsing on the Site, including on other sites and social platforms, as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Enruta360 S.r.l. uses, in particular, the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads tags. Such cookies are installed only following the user’s explicit consent, given through the cookie banner present on the Site.
3.4 Third-party cookies
The Site may contain elements (for example, social plugins of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) that entail the transmission of cookies to and from sites managed by third parties. The management of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the related privacy notices, to which you are invited to refer; Enruta360 S.r.l. is not responsible for the third-party sites referred to in this Cookie Policy.
4. Legal basis and giving of consent
Technical cookies are installed without the need for the user’s consent, as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service. Analytics and profiling/marketing cookies are installed only following specific, free and informed consent, given by the user through the dedicated banner displayed on first access to the Site. The banner enables the user to Accept all cookies, Reject them (except for technical cookies) or Customise their choices by individual category.
5. How to manage cookie preferences
The user may at any time modify or withdraw the consent given, by accessing the cookie preferences panel available at the foot of the Site. It is also possible to manage or delete cookies directly through the settings of one’s own browser; it is however noted that disabling technical cookies may compromise the normal use of the Site, including access to the Reserved Area and to the Personal Record.
6. Data Controller
The controller of the data collected through cookies is Enruta360 S.r.l., with registered office in Rocca Priora, via Ludovico Ariosto, 7. For any information or request relating to this Cookie Policy it is possible to write to privacy@enruta360.com
