A journey into the heart of Argentina, combining culture, history, nature, and meaningful encounters with local communities, going beyond the classic tourist routes. Starting in Córdoba, we will connect with local life through a homestay experience and the Mondify social project, discovering authentic experiences linked to the country’s recent history, human rights, and community support. We will then explore the more everyday and convivial side of Argentina through asado, empanadas, Spanish, and local traditions, while following in the footsteps of Che Guevara and discovering communities of European heritage. The journey continues to the spectacular Iguazú Falls, explored from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides, with a visit to neighboring Paraguay, before concluding in Buenos Aires, where historic neighborhoods, porteño culture, and the unmistakable atmosphere of a tango show await us. Meeting at the airport and departure for Córdoba. Overnight flight with a stopover in Buenos Aires.
Arrival at Córdoba airport, transfer to the accommodation (host family). Rest time, followed in the afternoon by a meeting at Mondify’s offices for a welcome briefing and project presentation (we could consider providing participants with some “gadgets”). Welcome dinner with asado.
Breakfast and meeting with the Mondify team, who will guide us in visiting one of the detention centers in the Córdoba province, a key site during the 1970s “Desaparecidos” period. We will have the opportunity to visit the Museum of Memory and read testimonies from those involved. Free lunch. In the afternoon, together with our coordinator, we will assist in the preparation and distribution of meals for the community. Return to the host family and dinner.
Breakfast and departure with the team to explore Alta Gracia and visit Che Guevara’s House/Museum, learning more about his life and ideals. For those who wish to prepare in advance, we recommend watching The Motorcycle Diaries. Free lunch. Continuation to General Belgrano, a Bavarian-style village built in the 1930s by German immigrants, an example of Argentina’s diverse international community. Return to Córdoba. Dinner and overnight stay.
Time for empanadas! Breakfast and morning dedicated to exploring Córdoba, with free time for walking or shopping. Free lunch. In the afternoon, meeting with our guide for an interactive Spanish lesson combined with a cooking class: we will go shopping together and learn basic Spanish, then move to Mondify’s kitchen to prepare traditional empanadas and enjoy them together and possibly practicing the language!
Breakfast and relaxed morning. Final farewells to the host family and team. Transfer to the airport for the afternoon flight to Puerto Iguazú. Arrival in late aftrenoon, hotel check-in and free dinner.

Breakfast and visit of the Brazilian side. In the afternoon, visit to Paraguay, including the Hito Tres Fronteras, where Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet. Return to the hotel, free dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast and transfer to Iguazú airport for the flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival around 4:00 PM. Transfer to a centrally located hotel, free dinner and overnight stay.
Full day exploring the city: San Telmo district, Casa Rosada (seat of the Argentine government), and more. Free lunch. Farewell dinner with a tango show, an unmissable experience. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Breakfast and check-out. With the evening flight, luggage can be stored at the hotel and time can be spent exploring the city. Free lunch. Afternoon transfer to the airport and departure procedures. Flight back to Italy.
Arrival in Italy around 4:00 PM. End of services.

Yes. In Córdoba, accommodation will be provided with local host families. This is an important part of the experience and allows participants to experience everyday Argentine life and connect with the local community.
The programme includes cultural, educational and community-based experiences, including meetings with the Mondify team, a visit related to Argentina’s recent history and human rights, and a community food preparation and distribution activity.
No. Spanish is not required. The programme includes a fun and interactive Spanish lesson, and our local coordinator will assist the group throughout the activities.
The itinerary combines organised activities with free time. Some days are quite full, particularly during the Córdoba and Iguazú sections, while other moments allow you to relax or explore independently.
Breakfast and selected dinners are included according to the programme. Other meals are free and at the participants’ own expense. The homestay experience also includes meals with the host families.
Argentina is a vast country, and temperatures can vary considerably between Córdoba, Iguazú and Buenos Aires. We recommend packing versatile clothing suitable for both warm weather and occasional cooler evenings, as well as comfortable walking shoes.
Visa and entry requirements depend on your nationality. Italian passport holders should check that their passport meets the current entry requirements before departure.
Airport taxes are not included in the quoted price and will be confirmed at the time of travel confirmation.
The trip will be definitively confirmed no later than December 12th. The departure will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants has been reached and, in any case, by this date.

The aim is to discover Argentina through its people, history and traditions as well as its landscapes.
